Delivery Information
With Ground Shipping, you can expect delivery within 2-10 days AFTER the day it is shipped (please see Shipping Schedule below), depending on your distance from Southern California.
With Express Shipping, you can expect delivery TWO (2) business days AFTER the day it is shipped. WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS DO NOT count as business days!(please see Shipping Schedule below).
Shipping Schedule
- In most cases your order will be shipped the first business day after the day we receive it.
- Our "business days" are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- For ordering purposes, our business days end at 3:00PM (West Coast Time).
- Orders received after 3:00PM (West Coast Time) are considered the following day's orders.
- Orders received from 3:00PM Friday to 3:00PM Monday (West Coast Time) will be shipped on Tuesday.
Please Note
- Due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather delays, mechanical failures), we are unable to guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
- Orders shipped to Canada - contact us for details.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be charged Express Shipping rates -- and are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Please ship to a Business Address whenever possible.
- Express Shipping is not available for orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APOs.
