Even though there's a limit of ONE free unframed picture per order, there is no limit on the number of framed free pictures you can order. If you are not ordering any other items at this time there will be a $3 shipping/handling charge.

Please be aware that the outside dimensions of our matted, FREE cartoon measures 4" x 5", but this is NOT a standard sized frame.
