Is this a secured site?
Absolutely, positively, this is a secured site. Your credit card information is safe with us!

How do you ship?
We ship UPS or USPS. Our shipping department decides which method based on shipping method you selected (Saver, Standard, Rush, Express) as well as the size & weight of your package.

When will my order be shipped and when can I expect to receive it?
We offer 4 different levels of shipping service. Choose the one that meets your time frame. Click the Shipping & Delivery Info link below for all the details. Click here for complete shipping and delivery info.
Is Overnight Delivery available?
Yes. We can ship your order via Overnight Delivery (but it is not cheap!). Please contact us for pricing. We will need to know the item(s) you want to order along with a delivery address.
What is the mat color?
The mat is the rigid colored board that goes around the outside of a matted cartoon.
Is the mat included in the size of the personalized picture?
Yes. The 4"x5" , 8"x10" and 11"x14" measurements are the outside dimensions of a matted picture. If you are purchasing your own frame, be sure it is one of these sizes.
Can you change the hair color?
We sure can. Beginning in late 2010, you can now order your cartoons with specific hair color - Black, Blonde, Light Brown, Brown, Dark Brown, Gray, Red, Semi-Bald and Bald.
Can you darken the skin on my personalized pictures?
No Problem! You will be able to select Light, Medium or Dark skin tone on any of our characters. Please go to our Home Page to see an example.
Help! I just sent my order and realized that I made a mistake on the spelling. What can I do?
Send us an email on the Contact Us page. Let us know your name and confirmation number. Give us the correct spelling and we will make the changes on your order. Please send it as soon as possible..
What do I do if there is a mistake on my order once I received it?
Just send us an email (customerservice@cowboychuck.com) or give us a call at (805) 389-0800 and we will be happy to take care of it.
My order is being sent as a gift. Can you include a gift message?
Absolutely! You will see information for a gift message on the Shopping Cart page.
How are your products personalized?
Our cartoons are personalized by Anita herself using a variety of computer fonts.
Does Anita do custom work?
Anita can occasionaly customize an existing cartoon to meet your specific needs -and do so for a nominal $10 charge. However she does not do "custom" work any longer. Running her business, drawing new cartoons and taking great care of Michael and Carson keeps her pretty busy. However, please suggest any cartoons you would like to see added to her collection because Anita uses these suggestions whenever she sits down to draw new cartoons.
