EMAIL vs. TELEPHONE

Without a doubt, the best way to contact us is via EMAIL. We check our email throughout every workday so if you send us an email, we will almost always get back to you that very same day ? and will ALWAYS respond within one business day. If you send an email when we are closed, we will respond to you the next business day.

We are in and out of the office all the time, so we may not always be here to answer the phone. Please be aware that our answer machine is informational only so it won?t record a message. (Why? We no longer ask our customers to leave a message because when we used to return phone calls, many times those same customers would either block our calls or would tell us not to bother them at home!)
