All Cowboy Chuck Company products can be shipped to Canada .

All prices (product and shipping) are in US Dollars.

Most orders to Canada are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties/taxes and the recipient is responsible for these charges.

For what it's worth…. Based on the feedback we've received from our Canadian Customers, the majority of Cowboy Chuck orders are delivered without any additional charges being levied on their end. Not all but most.

Time in transit AFTER we ship can take 6-10 business days however we've found that most orders are generally delivered about one week after we ship.

• To eliminate possible damage in transit, all “framed” cartoons are assembled using crystal clear unbreakable acrylic.
  
  
• Please be sure to give us accurate and complete delivery addresses, including unit number and business name where applicable.
  
  
• When ordering individual items, please fill out all the info we need to personalize your cartoon product (including gender) and don't forget to double-check all spelling.
  
  
• We will contact you via email if we have any questions about your order.
  
  
• If WE made the mistake, we will replace your Cowboy Chuck product at no cost to you. Your replacement should arrive 7-10 days after you contact us.
  
  
• If YOU made the mistake, we will replace the product for no more than 50% of the original purchase price (often less than 50%– depending on the product) but the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge to get the replacement to you.
